Bikini Babe Whitney Port: Miami Poolside Perfection

Kicking off the weekend in an enviable way, Whitney Port was all about a little fun in the sun while vacationing in Miami, Florida on Friday (June 22).


The former MTV reality star tossed off her green top and jeans shorts to show off her svelte bikini body while hopping in the refreshing hotel pool water in a tiny turquoise strapless bikini.




The sunshine state getaway comes as Miss Port is taking a breather from ongoing promotions of her 2011 book release, True Whit.


Putting together the cover of Fashionista magazine with a video all to boost interest in her literary work overseas, the 27-year-old's tome touches on a number of topics including fashion.


On the topic. Whitney offered an example of the advice she doles out in her writings, as she tells, "The basic building blocks of my own style is really finding my confidence and realizing that I don't need to follow all of the trends and I don't need to wear what everyone else is wearing," adding, "I just need to wear what I feel comfortable in."

The full-length clip gives fans an inside look at the forthcoming final installment of the Cullen franchise, and it looks like things are getting intense.




The Volturi become keenly interested in Renesmee, Edward and Bella’s daughter, and plan to come for her.


But the Cullens gather with other vampire clans to defend themselves and prevent any harm from coming to the young vampire girl.

There’s so much hype surrounding “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2” that Summit Entertainment had to release a trailer of the trailer.


The new teaser clip is available to watch below, with the full-length trailer scheduled to hit the internet this Wednesday, June 20th.




Due in theaters November 16th, 2012, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2” is the final installment of Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling series and it’s going to be huge.


The cast includes Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Anna Kendrick, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, and Nikki Reed, working from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg.

2012 MuchMusic Video Awards:Videos of Performances, The Show, The Winners

It was certainly the place to be on Sunday night (June 17), as the 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards took over the streets of Toronto, Canada in the grandest of fashion.

And, as is the tradition with this gig, there were plenty of famous faces and big performances at the LMFAO co-hosted event making it an extra-memorable evening.

With winners being named in between stage efforts from the likes of Justin Bieber (All Around the World/Boyfriend), Katy Perry (Wide Awake), Kelly Clarkson (Dark Side/Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)) and Nelly Furtado (Big Hoops (Bigger the Better), the grand prize of Video of the Year ended up being doted upon Carly Rae Jepsen - who also topped the Most Streamed Video of the Year and UR Fave: Video categories during her success-laden night.

Leading the field with seven nominations, Marianas Trench ended up garnering two of those with their wins including Pop Video of the Year and Cinematographer of the Year honors while Perry, Bieber and LMFAO were among the other triumphant acts.

“Resident Evil: Retribution” Trailer: Watch Now!

Fans all over the world have been patiently (or not-so-patiently) waiting for the next installment of “Resident Evil’s” franchise - and the new trailer was finally unveiled earlier today (June 14)!


Milla Jovovich showed off the official “Resident Evil: Retribution” teaser from Regal Union Square Cinemas in New York City before participating in a live chat that was translated into 10 languages.




So far, the “Resident Evil” films have nabbed an impressive $700 million sales worldwide, and the next chapter is scheduled to hit theaters on September 14th, 2012.


Per the synopsis, “The Umbrella Corporation's deadly T-virus continues to ravage the Earth, transforming the global population into legions of the flesh eating Undead. The human race's last and only hope, Alice, awakens in the heart of Umbrella's most clandestine operations facility and unveils more of her mysterious past as she delves further into the complex. Selena Gomez: Not Interested In “Fifty Shades Of Grey” Role

She was a riot in the Funny or Die spoof of “Fifty Shades of Grey,” but Selena Gomez says that’s as close as she’ll get to starring in a possibly forthcoming film version of the hit book.


The “Wizards of Waverly Place” babe told press that after reading a few pages of the novel, she found herself a bit interested.




"I only read the beginning of it, because when they told me about the skit, I didn't know what it was about. So I started to read it, and I was like, 'Oh, this is spicy.' So I thought it was good, it was intriguing. Obviously, it's working, so the skit was really funny."


As for starring in an actual depiction of the book, Gomez noted, “I don't think so. I know I'm taking risks, but I don't think I could do that! That would be a little too much for me. I think someone older should do that part."


Instead, she’s headed back to the recording studio. "I am missing music, so we're going to start on the fourth record at the end of this year. Very different! I want to go for producers that probably wouldn't want me to do their songs. I just want to knock on their door. I also want to work with Fun. I want to work with just different styles of music.


"I also want to work with Taylor [Swift] too. So I just want to do different things for this album. By the time it comes out, I'll almost be 21, so I want to be able to — wow, that sounds really scary! — I want it to be older."

Showing off her gorgeous figure for ‘Vita Coco Coconut Water’s’ new campaign, Rihanna is featured in the company’s newest ads.

The sexy 24-year-old singer will be plastered on billboards, buses and subways in the fresh campaign, shot by famed photographer Terry Richardson.


“It’s a little more fun, we’re on a stage,” the Barbadian star said of the new campaign. “We get to shoot with Terry Richardson who’s an amazing photographer. Everybody knows his work.”

When discussing the refreshing beverage with Us Weekly she said, “I wasn't drinking enough water before, and I love coconut water. It hydrates me just as much as regular water so it really started to affect my diet and the way my body was shaping up.”

The “Baby” singer, who sold out his upcoming North American tour in under an hour, enlisted the services of Director X to pull off the project, set outside in a “parking lot pimpin” environment.


Additionally, Bieber introduces everyone to his lead choreographer Jamaica, of whom he declares, “she does everything greatness.”

It’s just a month away from being released, and “ Katy Perry: Party of Me 3D” has just leaked a new clip to start generating hype.

The video shows the “I Kissed a Girl” songstress chatting with her parents, and her mom claims she’ll never watch Katy on MTV if she has “half her clothes off.”


Perry’s dad pipes in and quells the situation, declaring, “She ain’t gonna have half her clothes off... relax!”

That thought embarrasses me so much that I look like **** in half my photos, and I don’t give a ****. What matters to me is that the people in the room leave and say, ‘She was cool. “Look at a picture of me before I was 15. I am a boy. I wore my brother’s clothes, dude! Not like I cared that much, but I remember being made fun of because I wasn’t wearing Juicy jeans. I didn’t even think about it. I wore my gym clothes. But it’s not like I didn’t care that they made fun of me. It really bothered me. I remember this girl in sixth grade looked at me in gym and was like, ‘Oh my God! That’s disgusting—you don’t shave your legs!”

On realizing that Twilight had changed her life:
“You can Google my name and one of the first things that comes up is images of me sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe with my ex-boyfriend and my dog. It was [taken] the day the movie came out. I was no one. I was a kid. I had just turned 18. In [the tabloids] the next day it was like I was a delinquent slimy idiot, whereas I’m kind of a weirdo, creative Valley Girl who smokes pot. Big deal. But that changed my daily life instantly. I didn’t go out in my underwear anymore.”

Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee Concert: A Complete Look

Although it started out as a gloomy day, the celebrations still reigned on in honor of Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee toasting to her 60 years of service on the throne in Great Britain.

Thousands of guests attended the Buckingham Palace concert in London, England on Monday evening (June 4) in honor of the Queen including her fellow royals Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice, Prince William and his beautiful bride Kate Middleton.


The royal family cheered as the beautiful Cheryl Cole graced the stage in a gorgeous black gown by Polish designer Ewa Minge singing her hits.

The 28-year-old performer was joined by British pop star Gary Barlow to offer up a special duet of “Need You Now” to the more than 12,000 fans in attendance.

It’s questionable whether or not the pop genre suits the Queen’s interests, but according to one of the performers Sir Cliff Richard, “It may not be that pop or rock is her favorite music, but she has certainly supported us over the years and in return of course we have supported her. I think she'd probably rather go and see an opera.”

Other star performers included Jessie J, who rocked the stage and later tweeted, “A moment I will NEVER forget. WOW. #queenjubilee The uk know how to party! Thousands of flags :O overwhelmed x.”

Sir Elton John and Sir Paul McCartney also made an appearance along with Dame Shirley Bassey, JLS, Kylie Minogue and Will.i.am.

Who Will Kristen Stewart Sit Next To At Movie Awards?

We're psyched about all the stars who will be in attendance at the MTV Movie Awards this Sunday, but all that mega-wattage means producers had the tricky task of seating everyone in the audience of the Gibson Amphitheater. It's a job that many would consider quite daunting, but those in charge were up to the challenge.


Needless to say, "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart is going to be sitting front and center during the ceremony. Nearby will be the "Magic Mike" crew, who we assume will spend the show spontaneously grinding against every woman who walks by. (Let us dream, people!) And keep an eye out for Michael Fassbender and his two seats. MTV News' Jim Cantiello, who shows off the celebrity seating arrangements, has quite the theory as to who (or what) will be the "Shame" star's plus one.


Jim also was kind enough to give us a tour of the Gibson Amphitheater as it was in the process of being given a makeover for this Sunday's awards show. Unfortunately, the producers of the show wouldn't let him hang out for very long, so he had to give us the quick and dirty version. And...

Kristen Stewart Quits Smoking, Learns French

'Snow White and the Huntsman' star says she learned to speak French during shooting for 'On the Road' in our exclusive Sneak Peek Week chat.

    

Kristen Stewart helped MTV News kick off our Sneak Peek Week in style when she and "Snow White and the Huntsman" co-star Sam Claflin joined our own Josh Horowitz for a fun-filled chat Tuesday night, during which she revealed that not only is she learning French, she's also recently given up a very bad habit.

The "Twilight" starlet decided to learn the foreign language while filming the much-anticipated adaptation of Jack Kerouac's beat generation classic "On the Road," which just premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.

"On 'On the Road,' everyone spoke French. We were primarily in Montreal," Stewart told MTV News. "I spent so much time ... and I was just, like, feeling so pathetic. Not only is it a very dope language, it's more like I really want to be able to talk to a few people so badly."

And while her coolness has never been in question, the busy actress apparently felt a little insecure about her cred while trekking around Paris unable to speak the language. "When I'm in Paris, I feel like I could be so much [cooler]. I'm like, 'Wow, I could be so cool.' So that's the main inspiration," she said.

When chastised about one Parisian habit she adopted a while back, smoking cigarettes, Stewart was quick to reveal that she has apparently given it up — though she didn't want to talk too much about her health-conscious move for fear of jinxing herself.

"You can't acknowledge it or else suddenly ... you can't think about it," the slightly rattled actress confessed amid a loud round of applause for her achievement.

Stewart will take the stage with her "Huntsman" co-stars Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth as presenters at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday. JUSTIN BIEBER Knocked Out Cold In Paris

Justin Bieber was knocked out cold after running into a wall of glass during a concert in Paris.

We just spoke with Justin, who said he was performing on stage, and in between songs he walked backstage and hit the glass.  He says he was disoriented, but went back on stage and finished his set.

As he walked to his dressing room he passed out cold, for around 15 seconds.  Doctors say Justin suffered a concussion but he'll be ok.

This is not the first time Justin has had a run-in with blocks of glass.  Check out the video.

Justin told us, "I guess me and glass windows just don't work."

The Band Perry Rocks The “Today” Show

Giving their fans a great start to the weekend, The Band Perry was in the house performing on the “Today” show in New York City this morning (June 1).

Kimberly , Reid, and Neil Perry took the stage for the Summer Concert Series and sang their massive hit song “If I Die Young” as the crowd cheered loudly.


When asked how she handles getting along with her two older brothers while working together, Kimberly noted, "We've had to go against nature a bit. But honestly, I'm not sure how people do it without their family."

As for touring with mega star Brad Paisley, Miss Perry shared, "He's a great guy to be out on the road with. It's a grueling schedule and he's one of the best at keeping it lighthearted."

"The Amazing Spider-Man" Drops New TV Spot: Watch Now!

Amping up excitement for the forthcoming superhero flick, "The Amazing Spider-Man" just released an all-new TV spot on Friday (June 1).

The 60-second offering delivers heart-pumping action, as the Andrew Garfield-fronted star of the film springs into action to save a young boy.


“Spider-Man” is the story of Parker, “an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Martin Sheen) and Aunt May (Sally Field).” He and his high school crush Gwen Stacy (Stone) “struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance.”

It also stars Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott and Irrfan Khan and is set to hit theaters on July 3.
